Twist on a popular technique for Sunday Ideas

Hello everyone – I have a Twist on a popular technique for Sunday Ideas that is a fun idea.
When I saw this idea I fell in love with the black and white idea. It is easy and quick and perfect if you need a card fast.
Today’s Project
When I saw Heidi the Yorkshire Crafter do this I loved the final look. I tried this and learned a few tips that I share in the video. I did the first idea of black and white. Then to show you an do it with any color I did it again with blue. One of the things that is important is to use an ink pad that needs to be reinked. both of my pads were a little too juicy. The other that is key is to always swipe you ink pad ink the same direction and start of the paper. You can see the ink pad strokes in both of my cards. This does give you an idea of what the finished card should look like.

Heidi did not color the centers of her flowers but I thought it added an extra special touch to the cards.

I love how the ink is darker around the embossed image. It really makes them pop.
