Anything Goes Saturday – pure color pencils

Happy Saturday stampers – I have another long forgotten product card with today’s Anything Goes Saturday – pure color pencils idea.
When I ran across my pure color pencils I decided to use them for a card idea. I wanted an open image and remembered I had just gotten the Evergreen Beauty stamp set from Altenew as a thank you for being a customer. I knew it would be a great image to use with the pencils.
Today’s Project
I stamped the image and then used the pencils to color it in. I had a pink and a red so I used it to add some shading to the flower. I also had 2 greens so I used them to make the flowers then used the darker pencil to add dark highlights to the leaf stem and used a very light hand to color in the leaves.

I #ShopYourCrasftStash to find some pretty pink paper. I also used a coordinating diagonal stripe for some accent. Check out the highlighting of the image in the photos below.
