Plum layers for CutCardStock
Hello everyone – I used some beautiful plum cardstock to make this Plum layers for CutCardStock idea.
I love all the colors you can find at CutCardStock. You can use them to make beautiful cards. Today’s idea uses 1 color with white for a stunning idea.
Today’s Project
I decided to make a single color with white card with lots of layers. I used some edged frames to create the main focal image on the card. I love how the white layers set off the beautiful plum cardstock. For the smallest panel I uses some white craft ink and a leaf spray to create a subtle background. I think it creates a great backdrop for the die cut flowers and leaves.
Check out the edging on the white layer and the white stamping of the leaf spray and how they look so well together. I used the same white and plum to create the flowers. I used the same idea of layering the flowers using the 2 colors. The layers give depth to the flower. I added a purple gem to the center of the flowers. Using 2 different kinds of leaves gives some interest to the floral spray.
I love using the different shades of their cardstock to create flower cards also. Here is an idea that was created in coral. Here is an idea using the same plum cardstock that I paired with yellow.
